co2 decaffeinated
Our Decaffeinated teas retain the origin distinct depth and character as a result of our approved "Canadian Chemical Free CO2 Process.”
Developed in partnership with overseas tea manufacturers and Canadian food scientists, the finished tea is briefly soaked in pure water and gently flushed with CO2. The CO2 binds to the caffeine molecules and extracts them from the tea leaving behind all the natural proteins that flavor tea. It also leaves many of the polyphenols and antioxidants intact.
This chemical-free process is environmentally friendly, and it does not leave a lingering chemical flavor often found in chemically decaffeinated teas.

Oolongs are grown in limited areas where the conditions are perfect, and great care is taken to ensure the health of the surrounding environment.

rooibos
Often called Red Tea due to the bright color of the herb and infusion when brewed, Rooibos is recognized for its beneficial properties and wonderful taste. This evergreen shrub is native to South Africa and only grows in the sandy district of Cederberg.
Farmers have tried to grow it elsewhere, but the climate, soil, and conditions just aren't conducive. Rooibos has a sweet and nutty flavor, with natural honey, vanilla, and caramel notes.
In a brewed cup, you'll find an impressive collection of nutrients as well, including iron, zinc, fluoride, calcium, and magnesium. Naturally free of caffeine but high in character.

white tea
White teas are considered by some to be the purest in the world. Young tea leaves and buds are plucked before they are fully opened, while they are still covered in fine white hairs (hence the name "white tea").
Additionally, white tea is the most minimally-processed of all tea varietals: the buds are neither rolled nor oxidized and must be carefully monitored as they are dried.
