Our equipment is maintained with the highest standards to ensure optimal performance to produce the cleanest and safest drinking water for our customers.
Our water is tested daily for pH, chlorine, and Total Dissolved Solids (TDS). Additionally, water samples are regularly collected and tested to meet the requirements set forth by the Louisiana Department of Health.

The Rewards Club gives customers free water, tea, and coffee after purchasing a certain number of items (see Rewards Club page). Customers that sign up for the Rewards Club provide H2O 2 Geaux with their email and phone number (optional) so they can be contacted with special deals and promotions; however, the Rewards Club is mainly designed as a way to say THANK YOU to repeat customers and reward them with free products.
No. Many customers choose not to be in the Rewards Club. Water, coffee, and tea can be purchased anytime.
Yes. The purified water that goes into the bottles is also used to make the ice.
The City of Monroe Water System
There is no fluoride in the water.
No. We will fill any bottles or containers brought in by customers. We offer bottles for customers who want to ensure their containers are BPA free for health reasons.
We test our water daily before opening the doors. Additionally, water samples are tested by the University of Louisiana at Monroe Environmental Analysis Laboratory and brought to the Monroe Health Department for inspection and verification to ensure the safest drinking water for our customers.
We maintain our equipment daily to ensure elite productivity. There are filters that we change every 30 days, the activated carbon gets changed every 6 months, and the RO membranes get changed every year.
